Cancellation conditions

YIPretreats has the right to cancel an offered program if there are valid reasons to do so, including insufficient participants, illness of the trainer or force majeure. In case of cancellation by YIPretreats the participant is entitled to a refund of the participation amount already paid, which YIPretreats will transfer within 3 working days. YIPretreats and the participant are not entitled to any other compensation or damages.

If participation in a retreat is canceled by the participant, the participant owes the following cancellation costs to the retreat provider:

• Up to 8 weeks before the start, 20% of the participation amount;
• From 8 weeks to 6 weeks before the start, 30% of the participation amount;
• From 6 weeks to 4 weeks before the start, 50% of the participation amount;
• From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start, 75% of the participation amount;
• From 2 weeks to 1 day before the start, 100% of the participation amount.

The participant is responsible for checking whether a cancellation has been made YIPretreats received on time and in good order.

If the participant is unable to attend the retreat program he or she has booked, substitution is permitted, provided that the details of the replacement participant have been communicated to the retreat provider at least 1 day before the start. An administration fee will then be charged, namely 5% of the participation amount.

YIPretreats has the right to exclude persons from participation in a program without giving reasons.

Participants who do not adhere to the house rules or the instructions of the location staff YIPretreats failure to comply may be removed from the program. This does not give the participant any rights to a refund of the participation fee.
